Your tasks:<\/strong>
Professional medical care and support for our customers at home.
Carrying out wound diagnostics and wound management.
Collaboration with doctors and other health professionals to optimize client care.
Documentation and monitoring of the clients' state of health.

Requirements:<\/strong>
Completed training as a qualified nurse
Entry in the register of healthcare professionals
Experience in medical home care and wound care is an advantage
Empathy, sense of responsibility and high social competence

Tasks:<\/strong>
Holistic care for our clients in their home environment. Support in coping with everyday life and help in the household. Accompaniment to doctor's visits and other appointments. Sensitive and respectful communication with those in need of care and their relatives.

Requirements:<\/strong>
Experience in the care or nursing of elderly or sick people.
Patience, empathy and a high sense of responsibility.
Good written and spoken German.
